Sigalagala National Polytechnic actively participated in a four-day Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) Retooling Workshop held in Nakuru from Monday, 23rd March to Thursday, 26th March. The workshop was led by Director of the RPL Delivery Unit, who provided strategic guidance on strengthening the implementation of RPL and enhancing CBET frameworks within Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions. The institution was represented by the Deputy Principal (Administration and Planning), Head of Internal Quality Assurance, ICT Manager, Heads of Departments (HODs), and other key members of staff. Their participation underscores the Polytechnic’s commitment to advancing quality, inclusivity, and skills-based education in line with national education reforms.
